We have worked together for nearly 10 years with Gerard and Antoinette from Gerard Partners, a family owned real estate at Leichhardt.
We first met when we were looking for an inner city apartment to be our city residence.
Gerard listened to our needs and he found us a particularly nice apartment overlooking the city which was beyond our expectations. Later we bough an investment roperty in Leichhardt as well.
As we were not ready to use the first apartment, we appointed Gerard and Partners to lease both of the properties.
The tenants' lease times ranged from 6 months to a year so we had a few tenant pass through our doors. Gerard Partners were able to select excellent tenants and over the years we never had any problems with any of the tenants.
If there were any issues with the apartments, Gerard had a team of reliable trade's people that could deal with the problems.
When we decided to sell the properties, our first choice was Gerard Partners because we knew we could rely on them to get us a realistic price for our properties as we knew they were committed to selling our properties.
We have had other properties with other real estate agents over the years and Gerard Partners have been a standout real estate agent. They have 'delivered the goods'.
We would definitely use Gerard and Partners again and we would recomend them to anyone buying, selling or leasing their properties.
