She has 17 years’ experience in the real estate industry, making property management her specialty. With a strong work ethic and excellent people skills, she understands the essential factors of property management for both landlords and tenants including exceptional time management and communication to achieve a level of confidence from her landlords that results in long-term working relationships. 

Maria has had vast experience in all facets of Real Estate, specialising in all aspects of property management including accounts, arrears, inspections, repairs, and maintenance. Displaying a refreshing ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent problem-solving skills, Maria is quick to respond to many property management issues and goes out of her way to ensure the best resolution.
