Richard Lane

I moved to the Inner West back in 2001, there’s just something unique about this area and the people who live here. I love the diversity and opportunity to connect with a variety of different people.

With a background in banking and finance, I developed skills in negotiation and building relationships that have become my key strengths in real estate. I see it as a privilege to be able to support people during a potentially stressful time in their lives and turn that into a positive experience.

I believe in taking the complexity out of selling property. I focus on understanding my vendors and what is important to them. Then in conjunction we create a strategy that engages todays’ buyers. With a rapidly changing industry agents need to stay ahead of the curve I think Urbane is well aware of this.

When I’m not at work I enjoy bush walking with my wife, musical theatre, watching and on the rare occasion performing. The Inner West is a great place to be who you want to be without feeling you need to be anyone other than yourself.
