Antoinette Inangeri

Antoinette has been a member of Gerard Partners for over 15 years, undertaking a variety of roles during this time. Currently working in administration her primary role is overseeing the property management accounts. An often unrecognised part of the property management process, it is in fact the smooth functioning of the accounts department that ensures our owners receive their rent. Antoinette has always made it her top priority to ensure that our clients receive their monthly rental income on time and in order. Antoinette also takes care of the prompt payment of property management accounts i.e. levies, rates, maintenance. Her efficiency and dedication ensure our Property Managers have the time to take care of other important matters such as reducing vacancy periods and maintenance. Family life is very important to Antoinette and she is fully committed to the welfare of her growing family.
